This Personal Data Protection Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform users about the purposes, legal grounds, methods, and scope of processing personal data through the COP website, as well as the rights of data subjects.

Depending on your interaction with the COP website, the following categories of personal data may be processed: a) Technical and Transaction Security Data IP address, access time, browser and device information, referral data, visited pages, and usage logs b) Contact Data (If Provided by the User) Name and surname (if provided), email address, and message content submitted via contact forms or email Users are kindly requested not to share any special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, or similar sensitive data) through the website.

5. Transfer of Personal Data
