Luciano Furtado Loubet

Luciano Furtado Loubet is President of the Brazilian Association of Environmental Public Prosecutors (ABRAMPA), an international speaker, and the author of several books. He teaches specialization, master's, and doctoral courses and holds a Master's degree and a PhD in Environmental Law from the University of Alicante, Spain, under a joint degree arrangement with Universidade Católica Dom Bosco (UCDB), Brazil. He also holds an MBA in Carbon Credits from Faculdade Fócus.

He is a Public Prosecutor at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Mato Grosso do Sul (MPMS), where he coordinates the Environmental Unit. He is also the founder and first coordinator of the Latin American Network of Environmental Public Prosecutors.
