About

Manon Jourdan is Waste Prevention Manager at Zero Waste Europe, where she works with civil society organisations and local authorities to put local zero waste strategies into practice. With a particular focus on food waste and single-use materials, she provides technical guidance and support to advance waste prevention and reuse at local levels. Her work includes identifying and sharing effective approaches to help municipalities turn ambition into action, and advocating for the regulatory frameworks needed to support this transition.
