Salih Civelek

Born in Denizli in 1981. After finishing high school in the Information Technology department of an Anatolian Vocational High School, he spent a long period of university study in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Communication, and CAD-CAM departments to build the multidisciplinary educational foundation needed to realise his childhood dream of establishing a fully equipped R&D centre.

Reflecting his sensitivity to environmental issues, he has focused his machine and technology designs mainly on recyclable fields. Since 2018, with machines he developed that produce pet food from food waste, he has installed such facilities in public institutions in 74 provinces under the leadership of the Ministry of Interior, converting 60 tons of food leftovers into pet food per day. Since 2022, through an innovation in “compost production from organic waste” technologies, he has reduced the composting process to under 12 hours and developed the fastest and most economical composting machines in the field. As of 2025, he has developed technologies for converting end-of-life car tyres into useful products in an environmentally friendly way, and production will begin soon.
