About

Süleyman Boşça is the founder and Honorary Chairman of both the Energy Law Research Institute and the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center (EDAC). Established in 2007, the Institute has bridged academic knowledge and industry practice in energy law, reaching more than 7,000 professionals through its training programmes. He subsequently established EDAC, which focuses on resolving energy-sector disputes through specialised arbitration. With over twenty years of experience in energy law, international investment contracts, and arbitration, Boşça advises domestic and international companies operating in the energy, infrastructure, and international trade sectors through BOSCA Law Firm, which he founded.

He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2001 and holds a master’s degree in private law. He is currently pursuing doctoral research on “Energy Performance Contracts” at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. His work focuses on the legal frameworks supporting energy investments, sustainable infrastructure, and international cooperation. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Türkiye–Liberia Business Council and a member of the Energy Business Council within the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Türkiye (DEIK).
