Umut Barış Yılmaz

Dr. Umut Barış Yılmaz is a Board Member of the Turkish Society of HVAC and Sanitary Engineers (TTMD) and serves as Engineering Systems Department Manager at Yüksel Proje A.Ş. He has over 20 years of professional experience in transportation facilities, superstructure, green buildings, infrastructure, and oil and gas projects. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mersin University and completed his master’s and doctoral studies in heat transfer and thermodynamics in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Gazi University. His academic research and publications focus on numerical fire modelling using computational fluid dynamics (CFD), mechanical building services, and artificial intelligence applications.
