She has more than 16 years of sustainability experience across the retail, banking, and telecommunications sectors, with expertise in ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, and corporate sustainability communications.

Her work focuses on integrating sustainability into business strategy and operations while creating long-term environmental and social value. Her academic background includes Philosophy at Galatasaray University, postgraduate coursework at Marmara University, and an Executive MBA at Sabancı University.
