Gülcan Ergün

Gülcan Ergün holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Koç University and a master’s degree in EU Law from Marmara University’s European Communities Institute. From 2004 to 2006, she worked at Habitat Association on sustainable development projects implemented in collaboration with the EU, UNDP and the World Bank.

Since 2007, she has been a board member in Detay Engineering, a company specialized in sustainable HVAC project design and implementation. The same year she also founded GESPRO Consultancy, to advise public institutions, civil society organizations and businesses on sustainable development. In 2018, she became the founding partner of DCube, a new generation triple transition (green-digital-social) consultancy company with a special focus on raising awareness, building capacity and enhancing fieldwork in Türkiye’s circular economy.

Gülcan Ergün has more than 20 years of experience in sustainable development and circular economy; her expertise includes developing and managing training programs and projects for different stakeholders.
